Complex B2B ecosystems, simplified and secure.
We engineer enterprise-grade B2B platforms that connect suppliers, distributors, partners, and customers in one ecosystem with onboarding, approvals, compliance controls, and deep integrations.
An enterprise B2B platform is the system your partners, vendors, or customers use instead of email and spreadsheets: roles, approvals, documents, SSO, and the ERP objects you already own. Reorigin builds that from Istanbul for Turkey, Europe, and global teams.
Packaged partner portals are enough when the workflow is generic. They are not enough when approval chains, compliance evidence, contract pricing, or the shape of an ERP object are specific to how you operate. We usually wrap SAP, Salesforce, or your identity provider rather than replace them. A first production slice — authentication, one partner workflow, and one core integration — often ships in 12–20 weeks so operations can move without a big-bang cutover.
European enterprise buyers ask for SSO, audit logs, and answers to a security questionnaire. Şişli-based engineers overlap those business hours and write the answers against the system we actually deployed, not a slide. You get a named delivery partner. Broader ecosystems — more partner types, more documents, more regions — ship as later phases once the first workflow is in daily use.
The first slice has one partner type, one approval chain, and one system of record. A second partner type, a second region, and a document archive wait until the first is in daily use. Otherwise the portal becomes a tour of modules nobody opens. Discovery writes down the job the partner does by email today. Screens exist to finish that job.
A security questionnaire is answered against the system we deployed: identity, roles, the audit log, encryption, and where backups sit. We do not answer from a slide. Studio hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Europe/Istanbul, which overlaps a European buyer's day. The proposal prices the 12–20 week first slice against the integrations you named. The band on this page is for planning. The number you can sign is written after discovery. We do not sell unnamed staff hours.
The first slice is sized to one workflow. Later phases add partner types, not a second platform.
| Phase | Duration | Planning band | What ships |
|---|---|---|---|
| Discovery | 3–4 weeks | Inside the first slice | One workflow, the system of record, the audit need |
| First production slice | 12–20 weeks | Scoped after discovery | SSO, one workflow, one core integration |
| Next partner type | Phased | Separate proposal | The same platform, a new role and documents |
If the order already lives in ERP, the portal reads and writes it. Partners should not maintain a shadow copy.
Who approved what, and when, is stored as data. It is not reconstructed from application logs during an incident.
Identity is the first integration. Building screens against local passwords and migrating later wastes the slice.
A portal with five half-finished partner types helps no one. The first type runs in production before the second is designed.

Yes. We implement role-based access, encryption, audit trails, SSO, and security practices aligned with enterprise procurement standards.
Yes. We build configurable workflow engines for quotes, contracts, onboarding, and operational approvals.
We integrate with major enterprise systems through APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures tailored to your environment.
Use packaged tools when a generic partner portal is enough. Build custom when approvals, compliance, pricing, or ERP objects are unique to your operating model. Reorigin often wraps existing systems (SAP, Salesforce, identity providers) rather than replacing them.
