Custom software for European teams, delivered from Istanbul
Reorigin designs and builds custom software for European teams from its studio in Şişli, Istanbul. There is no EU office. Hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Europe/Istanbul. A custom MVP is planned at $25,000–$80,000 over 8–16 weeks, and a SaaS MVP at $40,000–$120,000 over 10–16 weeks. The written proposal comes after discovery.
What a European buyer gets
You get a named delivery partner, not a bench of unnamed developers. The working language is English. Turkish is available when the same product also has to be operated in Turkey. A security questionnaire is answered against the system that was deployed: identity, roles, the audit log, encryption, and where backups sit. We do not answer that questionnaire from a slide.
EU-region hosting is a deployment choice, used when the contract requires the job and its backup to run in the EU. The Şişli studio runs delivery. The data plane is wherever that instruction puts it. Your counsel decides the legal role under GDPR. We implement the controls they name. Those controls, and the limit of what engineering can decide, are in KVKK and GDPR for SaaS built in Turkey.
What stays in Istanbul
The office address is Esentepe Mah. Talat Paşa Cad. No: 5 İç Kapı No: 1, Şişli / İstanbul. There is no second office in London, Berlin, Paris, or anywhere else in Europe. Overlap with a European business day comes from those hours, not from a local desk. Discovery, the written proposal, and the production release are run from that studio.
A custom software MVP — one company's workflow, from discovery to a release that can go to production — is planned at $25,000–$80,000 over 8–16 weeks. A production SaaS MVP, with tenant isolation, a plan, and a bill, is planned at $40,000–$120,000 over 10–16 weeks. Both are planning ranges. The figure you can sign is the proposal after discovery. What sits inside each band is in what a custom software MVP costs in Turkey. The bands are the same for a European team. We do not publish a separate euro price.
What this page does not claim
RecycleOrigin is the product we can describe in public. Its collection loop was designed for Istanbul and launched there first. The export path names other Turkish cities, then Europe, then Australia. Europe on that path is a later step, not a client we have shipped for in the EU. BTM Camp is incubation context, not operational proof.
A European buyer hires the Şişli studio. The page does not invent a local office to match the buyer's city.
Read custom software development for one company's workflow, SaaS platform development when many organizations subscribe, and enterprise B2B platforms when the buyer is a partner portal with SSO and an audit log. The sequence from inquiry to a written proposal is how we work.
