Who owns the intellectual property?

IP terms are written into the proposal. The default we discuss is that you own the product code delivered for your engagement, while Reorigin keeps its pre-existing tools and libraries. The signed agreement is the source of truth.

What happens after launch?

Launch includes the production deploy, monitoring, and handover documentation your team can operate. Ongoing product engineering is optional and scoped separately. We are not a rotate-out contractor bench.
